Tourist Information Office

The regional Jämsek Tourist Information Centre serves you in the centre of Jämsä and in Himos, at HimosCenter. In our Offices you can get information about becoming events, tourist attractions, nice accommodation alternatives, activities and sights in the region, shopping and dining possibilities, including brochures and maps of our region. We have also brochures on Finland in general. Our clients have the access to internet.

We sell postcards, maps, cruise tickets on Lake Päijänne, fishing licenses and tickets to many events in the region. Both our Tourist Information Offices have a display of local handicrafts with some souvenirs for sale.
